Pretty events employs 25 staff in the fields of Decorations, Drivers, logistics/transportation, Tents assembling, Ushering among others and may mobilize for more casual staff depending on the volumes of work. The company has steadily grown over the years to the capacity of serving multiple customers at the same time both in Kampala and Upcountry.The company was established with capital investment of about 10 million Uganda shillings and has steadily grown over time to a tune of 300 million Uganda shillings.
